Jeannine is a Medical Social Worker and an Aging Life Care Manager. She has more than 30 years of professional geriatric and mental health experience in social services and integrated care management. She founded her firm, Clark Consulting & Associates, LLC, in 1995 – providing medical advocacy and care management services for her clients and their families, helping to ensure people receive the care and attention they need.
Jeannine is a 28-year member of the Aging Life Care™ Association and has served as a Commissioner for The San Mateo Commission on Aging.

Our Care Managers come from varied backgrounds, but all have the same dedication and skills that allow them to assist our client’s in ensuring their needs are being met.
Clark Consulting’s care managers come with backgrounds in social work, gerontology, nursing , physical therapy, public health, space design, and finances – just to name a few.

Our office staff are familiar with all of Clark Consulting client’s, and are therefore able to provide the administrative support and assistance when our Care Managers are out in the field.
